That was the title of an interesting article I saw on Gab this morning. It reminded me of the ‘tally’ the media is reporting on about how many Trump endorsed candidates won. There is no argument on the other side about “Obama” candidates, or “Biden” candidates. A Democrat is a Democrat. But on the Republican side there is a very real fight for party dominance.
The media acts like its a ‘cut’ every time a Trump endorsed candidate loses (and they of course wish him death by a thousand cuts). But for the Democrats its simply a matter of a ‘commie is a commie’. So I think its good Republicans are at least having this fight. Everybody kind of instinctively figured it out six years ago when Trump ran.
The Old Guard represented by say Jeb Bush, versus the outsider.
