If you get down to the bottom right on this meme, that had all the other cats having important positions, you’ll find the orangey was “fired on day one”. My orangey took great offense at that and has contacted a lawyer. Why just yesterday it was suggested by some cad that orangey’s share one brain cell between them.
I tend to grab on to humor where I can find it nowadays. Below it is a snapshot of an article taken off Twitter. Just one of a gazillion articles where a numb digger murders a White man. Serves 5 years after an 8 year sentence. Right below it on Twitter was another article where the idiot judge didn’t give any prison time (why do they have that option?) because “she felt prison would be too hard on him“.
They have been manipulating crime statistics so bad the last several decades its hard to know what the real figures are. I do know it’s out of control. For some reason, the powers that be want crime. It’s undeniable. Ending it would be child’s play. It baffles me as anyone can see, Law & Order is the basis of civilization. Nothing else can happen until you restrain evil.
Laws must be written differently. Time served must be specified within a range, discretion must be removed from idiot judges. As must plea bargain power be removed. It’s asinine a judge and a prosecutor can throw out the wisdom of the Legislature and just make it up as they go. Truth in sentencing. Sentencing has become nothing but window dressing to give the illusion of being tough on crime, in reality it bears no resemblance to actual time served.
The sentence must equal time served, no more lying to the public. Juveniles must be prosecuted. No time off for good behavior, that should be expected, add time for bad behavior. Three Strikes and You’re Out. The judicial branch has grown so strong, because the legislative branch has grown so weak.
